Yes, you can.
- open all single DICOM files in MicroDicom
- Export To DICOM
- choose the source, for example if your single DICOM files are in one series, choose Series for source
- choose Separate files for every Series.
- Export

You can anonymize images with after version 2022.3

This is done in the latest version 2023.1

It is not necessary to delete a DICOM tags to anonymize an image. There is a command in MicroDicom DICOM Viewer to anonymize DICOM images.

Cross-reference lines are available in latest version of MicroDicom DICOM Viewer 2023.1.

It is not possible in current version.
There will be added a new feature. Add/edit a DICOM tags. But it will be available in a future version this year.

You can also use middle mouse button click and move to scroll a series.
