Sorry for late reply. I think this issue will be fixed in next version(3.8.1). We rework downloading from PACS server.

MicroDicom has no CE mark (EU) or FDA approval (USA) nor any other national or international approval as medical device.
In other side MicroDicom is tested and compared with what you can get using CE/FDA certified software.

Now you can measure standard derivation, mean, median, minimum, maximum, sum in ROIs.

Hi Andrea, We have QNAP with Orthanc in the office and tested it with MicroDicom on Windows 10. It works fine. You have to check three main steps. 1. No there is no way to change the directory. And export search result to .CSV file. But we will add these feature in our TODO list.

We have to test it with latest release of Orthanc. Because now we test it with our Orthanc server and everything is fine.
One question: When you select images and click download button, progress is shown. Do you see if current speed is different from 0 MB/s?
