language selection and license

Hello,
I have two questions please.

One of my customers wants to use the software in German language but can't choose so.
Does the translation exist and if so, is there a way to download the translation?

If not, I would like to contribute and make a language file, can you give me all details that I will need, like the original English file?

Is the software still freeware and can one of my customers use the software free of charge just to view dicom files that were send to him?

Language module is not done yet. I will finished in future versions.
Yes software is free for use. But for commercial use there is some restrictions.

Any news on language module?
I can make Slovenian translation if there is a way to add new language.

Currently I use https://resxresourcemanager.codeplex.com/ for my projects,
if this is compatible with your software I can help. (also if is in xml, no problem from my side...)
