Command Line Arguments

Would it be possible to add a command line argument to allow the scan functionality to view other file types. An example would be:

mDicom.exe /scan <path_to_directory_to_scan> would still scan for only dicom by default
mDicom.exe /scan <path_to_directory_to_scan> /jpeg would scan for Jpeg images only

this could be used for different file types like jpeg, png, tiff and bmp.

it would be really useful to be able filter variables using the command line rather than point and click
