program crashing

Love the program, but when trying to export files my computer slows dowm big time and I eventually get an out of memory error. I was able to successfully import images the first couple of times without any difficulty. Restarts haven't helped. Any thoughts?

I am running Windows Vista, and it crashes when I try to export to an image file. I can get right to the last step when I try to save the file, and then it hangs for a while until I get the "out of memory" message. Thanks.

I'm experiencing a similar problem now. I also just uninstalled and re-installed the software but managed to convert only 2 more video clips before the "out of memory" issue arose again
