Export to DICOM Images

Hello

I need some guidance on how to export Radiology images from a disc.

The file type shows: FILE. (not JPEG,BMP,GIF etc)

I need to export the images to DIMCOM ( DCM File)


Please help! I have been dealing with this for a month
