Does microdicom has CT Density measurement tool ?

Also, I tried split screen, it did not work? Does this work? Can you sync both windows for comparative studies?

Sorry, MicroDicom doesn't have CT Density measurement tool.

You can see every pixel value in Hounsfield units (HU) and its coordinates are displayed at the bottom right corner.

I can see that provides a point measurement, can you average over a larger area i.e.a circle

You have to use circle, rectangle or closed curve measurements. There is mean value in the information box.

I cant see the mean etc and the measure and annotate tool is not giving me an option to tick additional boxes

I noticed that ROI size has to be bigger to see mean, etc. So, you may try making a bit larger ROI.

This inquiry was fixed with downloading the latest version.
