Hello!
The search filter option for DICOM tags is very useful!
Especially when searching through long DICOM SR object.
Would it be possible to keep the tag highlighted after your clear the text search?
Steps:
1. type search string in the DICOM tag window search bar
2. highlight the DICOM tag, single left click
3. clear search (click X to right of search bar)
4 notice all tags are again listed but the one selected tag is no longer selected
This will be helpful to see where the tag is located in the long list of tags. Where it is nested.
Bonus request:
add a "Next" button to step through all the tags meeting a search criterion.

I just tested it, it works great.
This helps a lot when searching through long DICOM Structured reports.
