How to use shell extension ???

Hi,

Is there a manual or a guide how to install and use the shell extension ?
What should we do add .dll under sys32 ?
Couldn't figured out....

1. Download latest version from http://www.microdicom.com/downloads.html. You must download x32 or x64 depending on your Windows OS.
2. Install application.
3. Maybe you should restart system.
4. After that open directory with DICOM files. They must have extension .dcm or .dcm30.
