Microdicom is the best, lightweight and fastest dicom browser I have used but I have suggestion to make it even better, if it is possible to make dicom browser of microdiocm to show preview images similar microdicom shell extension within dicom browser instead of just showing the file name which will be difficult to choose which image based on just name especially on long study
