MicroDicom /dcm4che -Download Images issue

Hello -
I am not sure if this has been addressed already but I am attempting to download images from dcm4che but the images are not downloading to the MicroDicom viewer. I am able to connect to the server in Network > Download from DICOM server and can search the records but the download doesn't seem to work.

I have tried temporarily disabling my local computer firewall as well as allowing MICROdicom through the firewall but both these efforts didn't work.

Could someone point me in the correct direction or let me know what I am missing ?
